While our Over The Phone Interpreting (OPI) would normally be a viable option, our Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) service is the option for you if the interpreter needs access to visual information in order to give a meaningful interpretation or if your patient/consumer is deaf. It is very easy to set up – just install the application, log in to your account, and select your language! Spanish and ASL are available on demand, 24/7/365 while other languages can be pre-requested with limited waiting time.
